Caroline Holdsworth HM Stowford

Caroline Holdsworth

Home Manager

I have been a Nursing Home Manager for over ten years and am delighted to join the Future Care Group. I am enjoying overseeing the genuinely caring and dedicated team here at Stowford House, who cares for 50 residents within the home. I look forward to working with the team to achieve overall good in our next inspection report. As a nurse, I know the importance of delivering the very best standard of care possible. It is essential to involve our residents and relatives in creating their care plans to enable us to provide care that compliments their wishes, interests, hobbies and needs. When I am away from work, I relax by spending time with my four grandchildren, walking my two rescue dogs and socialising with my friends.

Deputy Manager

My name is Kellie Shiers and I am the Deputy Manager of Stowford House Care Home. I have worked at the Home for 3 years, starting my journey with the admin team.

I found Stowford House while looking for 24-hour care for my Grandparents who I was caring for at home. As soon as I met the team, I knew I not only wanted my Grandparents to live here, I wanted to join the team and be part of making a difference to people’s futures.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my little boy doing various activities like baking and crafts. I also enjoy playing/listening to music, singing and reading.
